and vendors must confirm the right products with the right order before they dispatch or received the orders.
Incase fault happens in such cases waga365.com provides after sale services. If buyers
claim refund we help them to refund based on the refund policy. But buyers must read our warranty and
refund policy before they request refund issue.

At a glance buyers must know that:-

✓ Any issue related to cancellations, returns, refund etc. are resolved by buyer and sellers through
  mutual negotiation at the first stage.
✓ During you received and confirm your products from courier agents you have to check the received
 product is based on your order specification details.
✓Refund applicable, if and only, if buyers were registered in our web portal and we need your evidence
of your message and transaction history.
✓ It takes some days for the processes to approve and the evidence from both sides.
 At least 15 days or more excluding your item shipping according to the distance and products nature.
✓ Refund is not acceptable if you don’t return within specific valid date. which is 7 days
  after you received from the date you confirmed from courier agent.
✓ Shipping payment for sending and receiving is covered by buyer unless and otherwise
  it was not shipping or sellers fault.
✓ There are some exceptional products that must not return again, once you received from the seller
or courier agent.
✓ In advance, return and warranty also depends on the sellers won policy; sellers in addition
give exceptional warranty, insurance and return policy caring for their customer’s long term relationship.
